 Please read our cancellation policy:
Regular weekend bookings Refer to all appearances booked by you, the client, with our office during and/or overlapping the times of 12:00 noon of each Friday until 8:00 am the following Monday morning
may be cancelled without penalty, any time up until six weeks prior to your event. Holiday season bookings, which encompass the entire months of October,
December, April and July, must be cancelled no later than eight weeks prior to
your event. If your event has a rain date, we will make every effort to accommodate, but please be aware that your new time choice may be in conflict with another secured booking, and consequently lo longer available. When we book an engagement with YOU, we decline jobs with other clients
for the time we have your event scheduled. If we then make provisions to perform at rescheduled events, we are declining even more work for our company.
CLIENT CANCELLATION OPTIONS: 1. You may use our services for the scheduled time period, perhaps for another application. AND/OR:
2. You will be fully responsible for the total fee quoted and agreed upon at the time of engaging the services of Life of the Party and/or Cotton the Clown,
