A Non-Refundable Booking Fee of $75.00 per event is included in your booking quote. This may be paid in cash, or by credit card. Please inquire with our office for details.
COTTON'S CANCELLATION POLICY ALL CLIENTS MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING: Life of the Party Family Entertainment Company Featuring Cotton Email: Cotton4all@aol.com (919) 815-2672 WEEKEND BOOKINGS All appearances booked with our office for services to occur during and/or overlapping the time span beginning 12:00 noon of each Friday, and ending at 8:00 am the following Monday morning may be canceled without penalty, any time up until six weeks prior to your event. Holiday season bookings, which encompass the entire months of October, December, April and July, must be canceled no later than eight weeks prior to your event. EDUCATIONAL AND/OR WEEKDAY BOOKINGS All week day bookings may not be canceled. Postponement will coincide with our availability, and must be booked to occur within one month of original booked date. All Preschools, Schools and Camp Bookings must be prepaid or paid in full by the completion of the first booking. There will be an additional $25.00 fee for each content revision, per session. When booking Cotton and/or Life of the Party, all clients are directed to read this cancellation policy. Therefore, your agreement to its terms is synonymous with submission of any booking form. RAIN DATES Your alternate date and time choice may conflict with another secured booking, and Alternate and rain dates may not remain available. When we book an engagement with YOU, we decline jobs with other clients during the time we have your event scheduled. CLIENT CANCELLATION OPTION: 1. You may use our services for the scheduled time period, perhaps for another application, and 2. You will be fully responsible to pay the total fee quoted and agreed upon at the time of booking the services of Life of the Party and/or Cotton the Clown, due and payable prior to or upon cancellation. Cotton offers discounts for multiple bookings when booked together, based on volume.Once the booking process is completed, a client-generated reduction in number of programs will result in nullification of this discount, and the price reverts back to Cotton’s standard single event pricing for each session in the original package. When booking Cotton and/or Life of the Party, all clients are directed to read this cancellation policy. Therefore, your submission of Cotton’s booking form is synonymous with agreement to all its terms. Pre-event consultation with Cotton prior to your event may be arranged by appointment. The fee is assessed at $115.00 per hour, to be paid at time of consultation. Travel fees may apply.
