to share in a very special time for your family and friends. I will do everything I can to bring entertainment to all present.
Information to know prior to your party:
1. During the process of performing, I determine how much time I will be able to allot to the various activities we will be doing. I base this on how many children are at the party. I do not like to disappoint anyone, but frequently, adults in attendance make requests for balloon creations and/or face painting for themselves. When time allows, I certainly welcome any opportunity to accommodate such requests, but sometimes doing so prevents me from leaving your party in time to get to another party. If you have adults or additional children desiring to be included in any portion of my performance, please let me know at the beginning, so that I can include them in my time calculations.
2. Children love balloons, but there are serious risks to life when they are put in their mouths. Please advise your guests to be carefully monitoring their child with any balloons. It is the inflated balloon which poses the biggest threat.
3.Please have your method of payment on hand when I arrive. I often get detained to the point of becoming late to my next party when a wait is involved to collect payment, and often when I am leaving the hosts are busy with guests.
You may pay with cash, check: (made payable to "Cotton the Clown" or "Cotton"). If you desire to pay with Visa or Master Card, please make this arrangement with our office prior to the date of your party. For all charges, there is an additional processing fee of $5.00 added into your total. The charge should appear on your billing statement as from "Life of the Party Family Entertainment".
4. If any guests are expressing advance "clown anxiety",please inform them that I no longer wear the clown makeup (unless by special request), and within a few minutes of the music presentation (which is the beginning of my performance) even the most timid of guests warm up and feel comfortable. Please assure any worried guests that I will not present a boisterous presence, and it is my desire to help each guest to feel happy and comfortable at all times.
5.Please make sure I have a contact phone number for you at the event, and please listen out for a call from me prior to my arrival. I may need you to provide clarity with driving directions while I am en route to your party.
6.To minimize confusion, please submitall of your party info. in one communication as soon as you can provide it.
