NORTH HILLS BEACH MUSIC CONCERT SERIES
You'll find Cotton, usually in the vicinity of the Learning Express Toy store, painting faces, fingernails and toes and making balloon animals every Thursday night from 6 PM till 9:00 PM! Loads of fun, this venue is becoming one of Raleigh's most popular summer activities!

BALLOONS, FACE PAINTING, FINGERNAIL &TOENAIL PAINTING, AND OF COURSE, INTELLECTUAL DISCOURSE!
Cotton's Music Programs always offer you and your children safety, support and opportunity. If you have been apprehensive about venturing out into the public domain, please give these programs a try. Your presence is not only welcome, but needed as we discover how to express our unique individuality with support and praise from our community!
